Giving Thanks for Vicki Mosgrove

Vicki Mosgrove retires as Executive Director of the Finger Lakes SPCA on May 6, 2023. She began her service nearly 32 years ago, in September 1991. During her tenure countless numbers of animals have been saved, protected, healed, and re-homed. As an enduring reminder of her service, we are placing a gazebo in the area in front of our adoption center. Any funds raised above the cost of this project will be used to further our mission of speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves. We thank you for your generosity.
